As all transactions are made through Amazon, we accept all payment methods that Amazon allows.

Our shipment will reach you within 24-72 hours.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I HAVE MADE THE RIGHT PURCHASE?
When you have finished making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us, telling you that the purchase has been made. If it’s not there, check your spam folder as well.
IS THE SHIPPING FREE?
All shipments are free for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
Can I track my Rarestar Goods order?
Yes, you can track your order through your Amazon account, as Amazon handles the entire shipping process.

Amazon, apart from being a retailer, is also a logistics provider.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
PELPE wishes you maximum satisfaction with your chosen product. Therefore, if you do not like your order when you receive it, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to exchange or return it.
Send an email to info@pelpe.es, putting in the SUBJECT, the word RETURN + number of the order you made, you have it in the email we send you confirming the order.
For example:
Subject: RETURN #1345
Email body: Put the belt you are going to return (model + size).
We will then email you a return label to print and stick on the packaging.
Afterwards, you will have to take the parcel to the post office and pay the ordinary postage, which is 2.4 €.
Finally, you will have to send us to the same email (info@pelpe.es) a photo of the payment receipt of the return and once we receive the package and check that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the money for the item by the same payment method you used.
IMPORTANT: Remember that the refund will be issued after checking that the returned item is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
HOW DO I MAKE A PRODUCT CHANGE?
PELPE wishes you maximum satisfaction with your chosen product. Therefore, if you do not like your order when you receive it, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to exchange it.
Send an email to info@pelpe.es, putting in the SUBJECT, the word CHANGE + the number of the order you made, you have it in the email we send you confirming the order.
For example:
Subject: CHANGE #1234
Email body: Put the belt you have ordered (model + size) and the belt you wish to receive in exchange (Model + size).
We will then email you a return label to print and stick on the packaging.
Afterwards, you will have to take the package to Correos and pay the ordinary postage, which is 2.4€.
Finally, you will have to send us to the same email (info@pelpe.es) a photo of the payment receipt of the return and once we receive the package and check that it is in perfect condition, we will send you the new belt that will arrive in 24/72h.
IMPORTANT: Remember to send us by email a photo of the payment receipt of the return because without this we will not be able to process the exchange.
And also remember that the returned item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
How long will it take to receive my Rarestar Goods purchase?
The delivery time is completely up to Amazon, as they handle all the buying and shipping logistics.
